Vestil TG-1200-S-H-84-60 PVC Vinyl Strip Door provides a flexible barrier designed to help control temperature, dust, and noise in industrial and commercial settings. This standard overlap header mount strip door uses clear vinyl strips to maintain visual visibility while maintaining safety. The vinyl construction is fire resistant and self-extinguishing, contributing to safer operation in active work environments. The design prioritizes simple maintenance and ease of installation, shipped pre-assembled and ready for mounting, with hardware not included.
The door features a standard overlap configuration and header mounting design, suitable for high-traffic passages where a transparent barrier is desired without obstructing line of sight. The clear strips support easy entry and egress for personnel and equipment, while the pliable PVC remains functional across a range of temperatures. This makes it a practical option for temperature-controlled spaces and loading docks where energy efficiency and dust control are priorities. Consider sizing and installation specifics to ensure an appropriate fit for doorways up to 84 inches wide by 60 inches high, accounting for the standard overlap and header mount.
Manufacturers note that vinyl strip doors can help reduce heating and cooling costs and improve cleanliness by minimizing drafts and airborne particulates. Custom sizes and materials are available upon request, though installation hardware is not included with the shipped unit. For best results, verify doorway dimensions and select the proper header mounting configuration to align with the intended traffic patterns and environmental conditions.
