The Vestil TG-1200-S-H-72-60 PVC vinyl strip door provides a flexible barrier for high-traffic openings, helping to control temperature, dust, and noise in industrial and commercial settings. Designed with an overlap header mount and a standard overlap style, the door is pre-assembled and ready for installation, with hardware sold separately. The clear vinyl strips allow visibility for safe passage while creating a physical barrier to reduce drafts and maintain environmental conditions across doorways such as loading docks and exterior entries.
Constructed from fire-resistant vinyl, the material is self-extinguishing, and the clear strips maintain visual signaling for personnel while offering protection against cross-drafts. The smooth surface design supports easier entry and exit, minimizing contact friction during daily use. The softer PVC formulation used for low-temperature applications remains pliable to function effectively in cooler environments, supporting operations where reaching or passing through the opening is frequent.
This model is sized for a 72 inch by 60 inch opening, with a header mounting configuration and standard overlap that suits many standard doors in warehouses and processing facilities. Since installation hardware is not included, plan to source appropriate mounting components compatible with your door frame. The product ships as a single unit in its specified package size, and customization options with different sizes or materials may be available from the factory. Use cases include areas requiring temperature and dust control while preserving sight lines and safe access for personnel on move-through workflows.
