The Vestil TG-1200-F-H-84-144 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a flexible barrier solution designed to regulate temperature, reduce dust and noise, and improve environmental control at doorways and loading areas. The full-overlap header-mount configuration creates a continuous curtain when doors are closed, while remaining pliable for easy passage. This 84 inch wide by 144 inch tall door uses clear vinyl strips to preserve visibility and awareness in busy spaces, helping workers navigate without compromising safety.
The strip material is fire resistant and self-extinguishing, and the strips are formulated to deter UV exposure in bright environments. This reduces potential material degradation from sunlight and helps maintain door clarity over time. The smooth, pliable surface facilitates comfortable entry and exit, contributing to a safer workflow in high-traffic zones such as warehouses, manufacturing floors, and refrigerated docks. Pre-assembly ensures rapid installation, though hardware for mounting is not included with this model.
Practical use scenarios include controlling drafts between adjacent spaces, maintaining energy efficiency by minimizing HVAC bleed, and supporting cleanroom or production-area separation where visibility is important. The full-overlap design is particularly suited for wide doorways, while the header-mount setup provides a reliable, easy-to-maintain installation. For sizing and installation options beyond this 84" x 144" configuration, customers should contact Vestil for factory-customized solutions.
