The ILP CV2-2L-U-40-FRAL Cavern Stairwell LED Light is a performance-focused fixture designed to illuminate stairwells with efficiency and reliability. This 2-foot or 4-foot stairwell luminaire delivers bright, consistent illumination suitable for damp or dry locations, with a certified DesignLights Consortium Premium qualification and an ETL listing. It uses an impact-resistant frosted acrylic lens and a white finish, with options for custom colors, and is designed to mount on either walls or ceilings to fit varying architectural layouts and retrofit footprints without painting, thanks to its 7.5-inch informative width. The fixture operates from a universal 120–277V supply and provides a 0–10V dimming driver for flexible daylighting control from full brightness to 10% of capacity.

Constructed for long service life, this model features a solid aluminum body in two variants: the Cavern (CV) with a .060-inch aluminum chassis and cast aluminum end plates, and the Cavern Lite (CVL) with a lighter .040-inch aluminum body and baked-on enamel finish. With a high efficacy up to 157 lumens per watt and a color temperature option of 4000K, it yields bright, visually comfortable light with a CRI above 80. Optional ultrasonic sensing extends the fixture’s reach for occupancy-based control, and integral emergency battery backups are available for essential path-of-travel illumination. The fixture is ADA-compliant and carries a five-year warranty, supported by UL-style safety and efficiency standards.
