The JAN3560 is a disposable looped dust mop designed for efficient cleaning of hardwood floors, tiles, and other smooth surfaces. With a 5-inch width and 60-inch length, this mop head is intended to attach to a compatible frame using simple ties, allowing for quick setup and on/off changes without tools. The disposable looped construction helps streamline maintenance by enabling single-use cleaning paths when sections become soiled.
Construction features include four-ply, pre-treated yarns made from cotton and a sewn center fringe that provides added coverage across a broader cleaning surface. These design elements aim to improve dust pickup and coverage along floor edges and corners, while the looped head stays relatively flat against the floor for consistent contact. As a disposable option, it reduces laundering and handling steps in busy cleaning environments, though the handle and frame must be purchased separately to complete the setup.
Typical use cases include routine janitorial cleaning in facilities with hard-floor areas where quick, disposable dust mopping is advantageous. The product is packaged as individual units with a case quantity of 12, enabling batch stocking for facilities that perform regular floor maintenance. When selecting this mop head, ensure compatibility with your existing frame, verify attachment method (easy ties), and account for replacement frequency based on soil load and floor type. Regular inspection of the mop head is advised to maintain consistent cleaning performance and avoid shedding or fiber breakage during use.
