The Palmer TD0201-02 Mechanical Auto-Cut Roll Towel Dispenser is a touchless solution for hands-free towel dispensing, designed to deliver a smooth, quick paper pull to reduce contact and promote hygienic use in busy washrooms or break rooms. The translucent black cover provides a clear view of remaining paper, helping staff anticipate replacements without opening the unit unnecessarily. A double latch lock adds a level of tamper resistance, contributing to asset security in shared spaces.
Constructed from plastic, this automatic roll towel dispenser supports standard hardwound rolls up to 8 inches wide with a 1 1/2 inch core, compatible with non-perforated and certain roll configurations where a controlled pull is desired. The design emphasizes low pull force to minimize tabbing and streamline operation, while an emergency feed feature offers manual assistance to advance paper if needed. Overall dimensions place the unit at 9 inches deep, 15.25 inches high, and 11.5 inches wide, making it suitable for mid-to-large restroom stalls and mop/utility areas that require reliable, one-at-a-time towel delivery.
Ideal for facilities seeking a hands-free alternative to traditional towel dispensers, this model supports continuous use in high-traffic environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality where quick, sanitary hand drying is essential. Consider the need for compatible paper supplies and mounting requirements, as the unit is designed for single-roll loading and secure wall installation. Regular checks of the translucent cover visibility and the locking mechanism help maintain reliable operation and deter tampering in shared spaces.
