Palmer RD0028-03 Two-Roll Standard Tissue Dispenser White Translucent

The Palmer RD0028-03 Two-Roll Standard Tissue Dispenser is a wall-mountable unit designed to hold two standard toilet tissue rolls, enabling uninterrupted use by allowing a reserve roll to be advanced only after the current roll is exhausted. The dispenser features a white translucent plastic back and a durable lock, which helps deter theft while enabling easy access to the tissue supply for authorized users. Its design supports straightforward installation and maintenance in busy washrooms or break areas, helping to manage paper stock efficiently.

Constructed to accommodate standard toilet tissue up to 5 inches in diameter with a 1-1/2 inch core, the unit's interior can be viewed through the translucent cover, allowing staff to monitor remaining supply without opening the cabinet. The simple, space-saving profile is complemented by a heavy-duty lock that provides security in high-traffic facilities. The hardware and mounting configuration are sized to fit typical wall surfaces and align with common maintenance workflows, making restocking quick and predictable.

This model is specified to hold two rolls measuring 4-1/2 inches by 5-1/4 inches with a 1-1/2 inch core, and its overall footprint is 6 inches wide by 13 inches tall and 5-3/4 inches deep, with a plastic construction that balances weight and durability for wall-mounted use. Packaged as single units with case quantities of six, it is suitable for facilities that require consistent restocking cycles and theft deterrence without complex hardware. Maintenance considerations include verifying the core size and roll dimensions before installation and ensuring the translucent cover remains clear for supply visibility.
