The Western Plastics 182 Foodservice Film is a professional-grade cling wrap designed for everyday kitchen use in foodservice settings. This clear film is 18 inches wide and comes in a long 2,000-foot roll, providing ample material for covering bowls, containers, and bulky foods. Its standard 35-gauge thickness offers a balance of stiffness and flexibility, enabling a tight cling to help preserve food freshness while minimizing waste.
The film dispenses easily from a cutter box, which is coated to resist grease and moisture—an important feature in busy foodservice environments where spills and splatters are common. The box itself is designed to be wiped clean and kept sanitary, supporting quick cleanup and sanitation between tasks. The combination of clear visibility and strong, flexible cling ensures that contents remain protected from air exposure while allowing quick identification of wrapped items.
This product is suitable for a variety of foodservice tasks, including covering bowls and storage containers and wrapping bulky foods for short-term storage. The packaging specifies a box, indicating convenient on-demand dispensing, and the 18" width helps cover standard containers and dishes efficiently. While the data does not list certifications or country of origin, the included details emphasize practical, everyday use in commercial or institutional kitchens where reliable film performance and easy maintenance are valued.
