The Radians REWCOVER12 is a dedicated dust cover designed to fit the REW01112 12-Gallon Eyewash Station, helping to keep the unit clean, compliant, and ready for immediate use. Crafted from heavy-duty, UV-resistant clear plastic, the cover protects the eyewash tank from dust, grime, and environmental contaminants while still allowing quick visual inspection of water levels without removing the cover. Reinforced seams and sturdy construction are intended for harsh industrial and outdoor settings where equipment endures exposure to sunlight and debris.
Key practical details include a clear design for ongoing monitoring of reservoir levels and a quick-release hook-and-loop closure system that supports rapid, one-handed access during emergencies. This feature aligns with the need for prompt deployment of eyewash equipment in urgent scenarios, reducing delay caused by cumbersome closures. The cover is specified as a single-unit package intended for use with the 12-gallon eyewash station, ensuring a snug, custom-fit protection that maintains the station’s accessibility while safeguarding critical components from contamination.
Recommended use involves installing the cover over the REW01112 portable eyewash station in environments where dust, debris, and UV exposure are factors. Regular inspection of the water reservoir through the clear material helps verify liquid levels at a glance, supporting maintenance routines without necessitating removal of the cover. The product aligns with facility safety practices requiring ready-to-deploy eyewash stations while mitigating environmental ingress to sensitive components.
