The HexArmor Helix 2045 is an 18-inch seamless arm sleeve designed to bridge protection with mobility for workers exposed to sharp and abrasive hazards. It delivers ANSI/ISEA A5 cut resistance while maintaining flexibility and comfort for all-day wear, making it suitable for tasks that require forearm protection without the bulk of bulkier protective sleeves. Made from a high-performance blend of HPPE, steel, and recycled polyester, the sleeve provides a robust barrier against lacerations and abrasions while remaining fiberglass- and silicone-free to minimize skin irritation over long shifts. The knit construction supports easy laundering to help lower PPE replacement costs, supporting ongoing facility hygiene and reuse in demanding environments.
